The Institute of Global Finance organises this forum in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank. It will focus on measures and policies that can contribute to national, regional, and global prosperity in an increasingly multipolar system. The roles of free trade, foreign capital, and the development of human capital will be among the issues analysed.
