The 26th Australasian Finance and Banking Conference (AFBC) was held on 17-19 December 2013 at Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney. This conference was organized by the Institute of Global Finance and School of Banking and Finance at the Australian School of Business at UNSW, and sponsored by the Australian Stock Exchange, the Reserve Bank of Australia, BlackRock, PwC and Finsia. The AFBC has become the most prestigious finance conference in the Asia-Pacific region. It is a grant gathering of unprecedented size with over 300 attendants from 30 countries.
